Isn't he the Union convert playing with the Titans? Needs to be a decent defender if he wants to play centre for us...
Yes, he was a Wallaby. Dont know what his defence is like. Was injured a long time. At 6'3 he would be an interesting running 5/8 option. Has the physical attributes. Long kicker, goal kicker, long pass, looks pretty quick. MO at the Titans. No idea what he is on.
Not a lot on the market for next year.

SHOOSH

There is much happening behind the scenes at Manly. We’re hearing assistant coach Steven Hales is off to Newcastle and that departing Knights coach Adam O’Brien will replace him at Brookvale.
Manly chairman Scott Penn has gone out of his way to support coach Anthony Seibold, despite the Sea Eagles missing out on the top eight – and that remains the case.
Seibold has two years to run on his contract … and this is where it gets interesting. I keep hearing the name Willie Peters getting mentioned as a possible successor, not O’Brien.
The Peters mail is very strong, although there is another whisper that there is also interest from the Rabbitohs as a replacement for Wayne Bennett.

The AFL is now considering having a footy-free weekend in the lead-up to their grand final. It is to ensure players don’t miss the biggest game of the year with a category one concussion from the qualifying final. Geelong star Tom Stewart is out of next weekend’s decider after being heavily concussed against Hawthorn on Friday night at the MCG under the AFL’s 11-day stand down policy.

Seibold and AOB working together

What could go wrong honestly.

If Burton becomes available which he will we should have a look. Dogs know Galvin's a 6 and he is going to stay there. Crighton and Xerri in centres. Plus it frees up 800k.
Id happily pay that and play him 5/8. Down the track you could turn him into a Walker style lock or even centre.
I had a quick look at the Kennel.

Burton was getting blasted by the Dogs fans.

Here are a few gems

Back in footy. Both Talaki and Alamotti are both available for next season.

I think both players significantly improve us. I think both players are achievable gets. I think both are not on stupid money.
Alamoti improves the squad but he’d only be a backup right winger

I think saying Connor Tracey is not good enough for NRL is a bit of a stretch.
With minimal talent coming through in positions 2 through 5 and with Bailey walking out, we definitely need to bring in some options. One injury and it means having to play a Tago etc. I read also that Ramsay toured The Brave Roosters over the weekend. The 60s guy also mentioned he dosent believe Parra will be his destination.
I like Samrani but I reckon hes more an edge forward, not a long term centre option.
In Ryles we trust.
Interesting times ahead.
