One thing is for sure, Sanders drank too much sticky kool aid. I think there definitely is a first grader there.

Ricky bought alot of junior talent over the past few seasons. I doubt he expected Strange to turn into an exceptional 5/8. He probably had though Sanders would have started his NRL career at 5/8 next to Fogarty for a few games.

Yep, if your starting 6 is an NRL quality 7, you have less need for a backup 7.
Pezet has a superior kicking game and it’s better than anyone else playing second fiddle in the comp. He is ready because he can also tackle in the line. Plays on the left and can eventually be our 7 when Moses moves on. Remember Moses started as a 6 before he moved to 7. He however always had that booming kicking game and was always a goal kicker.

Actually can Pezet kick goals?

Shibasaki to me screams of a bloke where everything just aligned for him this season and made him look better than he actually is.

I could see a club coming in and paying him 600k+ for him off the back of this season and he turns back into the fringe first grader he had previously proven to be at multiple clubs.

Still some poor attitude signs from him i.e. turning up to training after a night on the drink... he seems to get gassed a lot through games as well and that's even after being hammered by Madge all season.

He scored two tries in the GF where Nick Meaney made him look like G.I, but there was really nothing special to either of them. He also let Eli Katoa run around him with that last play where it could have cost them the G.F.

I actually think Tommy Talau as a back-up Centre or Winger would be better value for money. I know a lot of Manly fans much prefer him to Saab and are spewing he is leaving.

Agree apart from Talau. Average player and if Lomax stays would cause drama having them in the same team

I agree.
On occasion the person hitting the ball up is tackled by Nelson and because of his height comes into contact with his shoulder.
It appeared to me there was no malice intended
Teach Nelson to tackle around the legs. Never anything above waste height and use him in charge down situations. He has long arms. But that is a job for the DC.
He is certainly an asset on offense (my side of the ball).
