I think Howarth would be an upgrade on Kelly. I do wonder how salary stuff will go with adding Howarth though

How would player swap even work with the other clubs? I imagine player (eg Howarth) would want to test his value on market if released, and other clubs would want a chance to sign him. All parties have to agree on an amount and the player waives right to negotiate with other clubs? Can they just be told they have to play at parra?? Or is it some sort of loan deal?

All will be revealed during the season, but I expect Matto to be on the outer when it comes to team selections for the year. He's just one of several on our books who hasn't proved their worth. I honestly hope he proves me wrong.

Seems like an absolute pest off the field but looking at the stats 96% tackle efficiency and 110m per game and comments from dargs fans about him beimg their best forward (low bar i know) i dont think hes washed yet. Probably aint on much money either. Provides a bit of experience for a young pack like we have
