Just a reminder to Leagues Club members, the voting slip should have arrived by email. In our best interest to get on and vote against the amendments proposed by Spagnolo and his cronies.

Finally have the Leaguesclub removed from the factions, best it continues by voting against the changes .
I just got an email, I’ll have to check again

I can't f**ken believe I have no recollection of this

It was the peak of Covid and we actually belted them. Never really looked like losing the game.

From memory we were close to $10 head to head, we had been in terrible form and they had been untouchable. Was an amazing win.

I remember getting blind and giving Mrs Lemon the best 2 minutes of her life afterwards in celebration.

I had our teams call working from home on that friday during Lockdown

And my boss at the time a dogs fan who had won like 2 games for the year on the call goes how much are the Storm winning by tomorrow with a smug smirk.

I laughed and said if they dont put 30 on us they should toss away there GF tickets.

Ended up being right Penrith knocked them out in the prelim 4 weeks later.

I chucked $50 on him to win at $9.50, but I’m basically expecting to lose it.

Congrats me man

As the ole saying goes
Never write off a champion

Hopefully he is $19.50 for the final ;-)

Joey Lussick ran away with the winning try.

Jack Gibson who owned that record with the Chooks at the time.

Was looking down and said to Parra dont you let those Purple pricks break that record.

We did it for Jack.

Maybe Sinners favourite colour is purple I reckon 😇

None. It qould be great to see but he'll get smoked in 3.
To be 38 and make a semi final but is impressive. He is the GOAT. Federer and Nadal were very very good but at their peaks Novak is the best.
I also like how he stood his ground in what he believed in during covid.

f**k

Djoker...what a F$%^$# legend...
I watched til the end of the 4th and I couldn't stay awake any longer. I wake this morning to see he won...
Can we get this guy to provide the occasional motivation speech to the Eels?

People love to hate Djokovic but I think if he wins this final he’s undoubtedly the GOAT.

You simply can’t go past his record. He won his first Aus Open in 2008 and is now competing for another one in 2026. To put into perspective if Alcaraz goes on to play in an Aus Open final at the age of 38 it will be the year 2042.

He also played in an era where he had to compete against arguably the two other greatest players ever. At least statistically if you look at Slam wins. Now as someone in his late 30s he’s mixing it with Sinner/Alcaraz who both already look like generational players.

He’s incredible.

Same here. Would love to see him win the title. I thought he had absolutely no chance - couldn't be more wrong lol.

Now the young bull going for his first open vs the all time great trying for his 25th major. So good

Ps. THE FULL PAGE ADS ON HERE ARE DRIVING ME ABSOLUTELY INSANE. FFS wtf

I think he’s shown he’s clearly the GOAT now. Beating Alcaraz will be a huge challenge, but getting past Sinner was the turning point, especially a few months away from his 39th birthday.. Hopefully the whole Australian crowd gets behind him now — because he’s still very much the underdog.
