He is a PLC member so turns up at most AGMs, etc.
During the Max years when there was lots of debate at AGMs about the changes, I sat in an empty seat and introduced myself to the person sitting next to me. It was Proszenko. He was taking notes at the AGM and when I worked out who he was, I asked if he was there as a Member or as Press. He didnt really indicate which. I then found a senior PLC staffer who got Proszenko to stop taking notes as Press weren't declared as being in attendance at the meeting.
