To be fair, Russell got charged with grade 1 dangerous contact. It's a dumb rule but it's been a rule for a few years now.

I dare say had Russell not knocked the other bloke out at the same time, he too would've also been sin binned.

The fact is both actions occur most weeks and 99 times out of 100 there is no sin bin. It was lucky Simonsson got injured or we'd have likely lost far easier and by a lot more. The Tigpies were well in control to that point.

Honestly the goal kicking lost us that game. Yeh the injuries were shit and so is gough in general but if we made our kicks we walk outta that game with a dub. Tigs unable to finish all that well (expected with no luai) and Turuva should not be playing center.

I swear the goal kicking in the last couple of years hasn't been great, even with Lomax. In the big wins they're accurate but in close matches they're missing a bit
