Russia v Georgia Match On Again

I noticed that nobody had said anything about this yet but according to the RLEF website the Euro B Winner Deciding Match between Russia and Georgia has been played after being cancelled, no match reports or news posted on the site yet or notice of the date it was played, but Russia came out the victors holding the Georgians 24 - 0.

This places Russia into Euro Group A with Wales and Scotland whilst Georgia move into Euro Group B with Ireland and Lebanon.

The Qualifiers will be played on a home and away basis throughout October and November of 2006/07.

That was a forfeit, 24-0 or 18-0 are common scores for a no result. Does anyone know exactly what happened with this game and why it can't be replayed?

At least we know for sure that it has been recorded as a forfeit for Russia.

Troubles with visas/entry clearance for the Georgians to play in Russia from memory. Sounds like they've decided to declare a result so that they could allocate the Euro Groupings and get things underway.

Soviet Russia has become even more stricter on visa's nowadays as too many criminals and layabouts from the former soviet union states attempt to illegal enter and stay in Soviet Russia. They turned their back on Mother Russia so they deserve to be treated as aliens and not be allowed to enter Soviet Russia.

Only Belarussians /Cubans /Chinese/North Koreans/ Venezuelans should be allowed to enter Soviet Russia.

Putins reforms must teach these former Soviet Union countries a lesson - never bite the hands that made you.

one has to blend in comrade as when the soviet union is reformed and we become active "spies" such things as being able to use correct grammar and punctuation will give us away as not being western educated.
