They were on TV last week for the nswrl show on wenesday. The combo worked well.

Slowly building. Not 100% cohesive yet and both still have some errors of not quite reading the play/overplaying their hand but they will certainly take the side a fair way this season

I wouldn't read too much into that 3 and 0 record in NSW Cup just yet.

One of the wins was over the last placed Norths (who have 0 wins) in a close match.

And they have had two close matches against Wests and Newtown. They haven't played the stronger teams yet like Canterbury, Shellharbour or Windsor.

This week they play Auckland (who are second last on the ladder and one of the weakest teams in the comp). Balmain has managed to get a very favourable draw, if nothing else.
