I hope the Tards are soundly thrashed. They are only in the semis because of one man: Steve Walsh. Without his horrendous performance in the Tards vs Brumbies match, the Brumbies would be there in their place.

This is why I don't like the Brumbies - their fans.
How you could cheer for a Saffa team over an Aussie team is beyond me.
You are such an amazing whinger.
Tahs and Crusaders.
And you are clearly showing you know f**k all about the rules of rugby.. despite walshs other bad calls that night, the no try was not one of them... it was a double movement. had his arm reached out to score it would have been legit.. however the player in question propeled his body forward in a second motion. therefor NOT a try.Not whinging, just stating facts.
If Steve Walsh had not incorrectly denied the Brumbies a try, and had not incorrectly awarded two penalties to the Tards that were converted for points then the Brumbies would have won, the Waratahs would have lost, and the Brumbies would be on the finals and the Tards on their holidays.
That is all indisputable FACT whether psychopaths like yourself want to admit it or not. Go and set fire to someone or something, because you clearly know f**k all about rugby, be it union or league.

Well there was the linesman who did, and Lyndon Bray, and Paddy O'Brian (they know a thing or two about the laws of the game)... ohhh and anybody who actually knows the rules knows that was the right call..You and Steve Walsh are the only two people in the world who saw it that way.
didn't that ref get demoted after 'that' call against the brumbies?
While not a "double movement" in the traditional sense... Once you are tackled you must release the ball or place it immediately. . he didnt he was tackled and made a second lunge... momentum may have carried him over, but the second lunge made it a "double movement".. the linesman and by agreeing walsh made the correct decision. There is no double movement rule in rugby.
I thought it was a fair try - momentum in the wet got him there and he only placed the ball once. But I can see why it was disallowed. Either way it wasn't going to be the worst call a ref could make.
Walsh made several worse calls that night - and they weren't all against the Brumbies. He also was not to blame for the dire match. The players & coaches have to accept the blame for that debacle.
