How's benji going?
Just learning the game at the moment...

The most expensive bench warmer in the competition.

Hopefully he gets better pretty quickly... I'm sick of copping it from Chiefs fans.

I should probably expect it being a Blues fan living in Hamilton...

gee what's going on with the Canes, very soft defence last night (all due respect to the Brumbies)

not like the Canes of recent years

well done to the Brumbies, hustled pretty well

Suits me, heading to Wellington for a few days. I am sure rugby will come up in discussions.

Rebels put up a decent fight against the Crusaders.

The ref really only had one eye when it came to scrum penalties. Harsh on the Rebels as the Crusaders broke the bind / went down first a few times yet still received the benefit of the bias.

Gee the Tahs are in some form atm.

I guess the big question is, will they do the usual finals choke ?

Let's hope not.

Although to be fair, it's a bit rough saying they have a "usual finals choke"... in the two Grand Finals they've made - in 2005 and 2008 - they came 2nd overall and won their semi-finals fairly convincingly, but were ultimately faced with having to play an All Black laden Crusaders team at home on both occasions.

Saying that losses in those two grand finals is "choking" is like saying the Kiwis choked against the Kangaroos in last year's RLWC final; the team they were up against just always looked better.

To be honest, I have my doubts about the team due to their set-piece problems and think their recent wins against weak teams may be giving us all a false sense of confidence. But all the same, the Waratahs have actually never been in this position before (they've never finished as minor premiers), so it's really there's to lose.

1 v 2 in the final.

Bring it on.

If it was any other team than the Crusaders we'd be a lot more confident.

Gonna be awesome! I was at the Waratahs v Brumbies game on Saturday and it felt like bloody Origin - never experienced such a noisy Aussie union crowd haha.

Hopefully Sydney can get behind the Waratahs and pack out ANZ - would be great for them after all they've done this year.

I find it incredible that they haven't played each other this season... Just crazy IMO..

I don't like either side... From what I've seen of the Tahs they look like a good positive football side.

I just don't know if they have the big game experience to match the Crusaiders.

McCaw, Read & Carter all hitting they're straps at the same time.... Still quite not at there best... Maybe another fortnight away... But they are looking good.

The Tahs have been playing fantastic Rugby - the kind of stuff that really demonstrates how good the game can be when it's played well.

Still, the Crusaders are the masters of ball in hand score from anywhere rugby, so the defence will have to grow another leg again this week.

Tahs defence has been strong all year and made the difference in the semi-final.

yeh, Iv'e been a bit surprised by the Tahs defence

defence and line outs have been their weakness for years and they really have improved in those areas
