You just have to look at the two games he has had. He gets paid for that kind of performance, that is an absoulte joke. Why should the Raiders be paying for non performance. His mind is elsewhere and I would be very angry if give him any improvement and hand him to the Rorters.

Agree ... if we give another Smith the opportunity to gain some experience before the start of next season we will be the better for it.

Having Joel the f**king merkin judas in the side serves no purpose at all ...

PS sack elliot at the same time.

The difference between he and Phil Graham in terms of ability to threaten the line is astounding. Monaghan has the ability with his size to catch the ball and barge the way to the try line but how often does he make a clean break? He is back to his 2002 form and deserves to be dropped for one of the new outside backs in premier league. What have we got to lose?

He played like he was preoccupied with far out terms such as 'Latte' and 'Mocha'.

Reggies for you boyo, give PNG the spot till Phil returns.

Yep, Robbo and Monas can have a rest. There is nothing wrong with giving players a kick in the arse if they stuff up, unfortunately Matty doesnt agree.

Monaghan should be told he has ONE more chance. Otherwise, out on his backside in my view. That was one woeful performance from him.

Robbo had a shocker as well.....

Greeneyed he didnt give us "one more chance" ... f**k him imo .. what do we gain with giving him game time .. sweet fa thats what ... ok its a coincidence but we won three matches without him .... give a PL a chance to prove himself ... maybe we will discover another Smith .. its the whole finch saga again .... WE ARE NOT A CHILD CARE CENTRE FOR THE ROOSTERS !!!

Agreed on 2 of the 4 counts. He looked like he was preoccupied but I think by words like Latte is a bit out there. Drop him back to PL and let our backline look like this: SCHIF, SMITH, MOGG, GAFA AND ROBBO; CARNEY AND MCLINDEN AS THE HALVES. When Graham returns, he can slot into Smith's position.

Only problem I keep hitting with a 3/4 line consisting of Gaf, Mogg, Robbo and Smith is it contains three specialist wingers, and only one centre. Who do you play out of position?

Excellent question and one that has been sh|tting me for a while now. We do have three players who can play centre - Mogg, Graham and Monaghan. Unfortunately, Joel decided to pack up for Bondi and Graham is currently out injured. Compounding this is losing Lolesi last season. He is great at either wing or centre and has proven this at the doggies so far this season.

NO NO NO.

Yes he was shithouse last night but he is a good player and before his injury to his knee was in great form. His strikepower is invaluable when he is on song. Don't paint him out as some kind of Judas either, he was quite teary after the game when we all spoke to him and personally I think he is a confused young man.

I agree Robbo can have a PL stint but Joel is all class.

p.s. the gibberer on the hill last night calling for joel's head on a plate - give yourself a triple :x

thickos I couldnt give a rats arse if he was teary .... he made his bed, end of the matter.

If being teary was the missing part of the equation for a 1st grade footballer we wouldnt have much trouble building a champion team.

Grow up Joel ... you'll be in the big smoke next year.

AGREED, you guys are kidding your selves. And didn't monnas cop a kick to the head last night? or maybe a head clash like Macca??

Honeslty there has been a lot of pressure on him over the last few weeks (not that he didn't bring some of that on him self), and I believe that would contribute to a slump in performance. but don't write him off. Joel is all class, and shold be run for the rest of the season.

Robbo IMO, had some bad luck go against him last night, with two lucky kicks and Amos just in the right pace. But Robbo has been solid this year and dosn't deserve the hammering he's been getting.

And as for that "gibberer on the hill" last night, If it was the guy with the face paint on? What a wanker! I don't think I've heard so much incoherant dribble. Cherio sunshine, go and grab your delf another pie!

So, what did Joel actually have to say?

Robbo had a shocker... but I am not saying he should be dropped. He had some horror bounces etc...

Yep mate thats the one I'm referring to. Told me he thinks Rhino is a soft cock and he would take him on. Puhlease! I just ignored the drop kick for most of the night, normally I love my fellow Raiders fans but this guy was a knob.
