Alright enough is enough.
This man is destroying our team.
The players he chooses are not responding to his plans and ideas.
The position he gets them to play have been a dismal failure.
He has failed to nurture and groom quality players through his stubborness and ignorance.
Players like gallant for example. He almost scored 4 tries against the dogs last year in a blistering performance. Every game he played for us last year was great, but sheens always talked him down.
Why?
Because he aint one of sheens boys.
Sheens keeps on playing benji in the 7 and it is a disaster.
Do you want morris to be in the 6 again? Then stay quite all of you.
I am going to bombard the wests tigers, the radio and the television until they sack sheens.
I will move heaven and earth until the get rid of him.
Do you want another 2 years of this rubbish? If you do, then sit there quietly, if you dont then get behind me.
Players like lawrence, benji, lawrie and gallant should have progressed in ability, but the more they are coached by sheens they go backwards.

Each leagues club should chip in 100k given WT is making profit/breaking even with no leagues club grants and that will cover his 400k payout
if they keep him on it will cost the club plenty more than 400k in gate receipts and lost sponsorships/memberships

Its so easy to com on here and say do this that and the other, not so simple in real terms.

A third option that is not beyond the realms of possibility is Teflon gives notice in next few weeks (after continued failure) and walks away at the end of season. He is the contracted ARL coach, has success there, and does not have to be a club coach at the same time.

That may end up saving face all round.

But, if not- get rid of him.

Shouldnt he put the teams and clubs best interests ahead of his own?
His results are there for all to see in black and white.

We arent financially flush, we struggle with the coin, you have another gig Tim with the Kangaroos which Im sure pays handsomely.
Please....have a conscience and do the right thing by ALL concerned, the club, players, fans yourself and walk away at seasons end.

When a team is struggling it's easy to say sack the coach. It's the players are the ones missing tackles and letting in soft tries.

In saying that the grass is not always greener with another coach. Look at the Eels under Daniel Anderson. But at the same time look at Kevin Moore and the Bulldogs or Ivan Henjak and the Broncos. Immediate success.

At the end of last seasons bombing out of the finals race Sheens said some blokes who haven't kicked on again this year will be tapped on the shoulder. I assume that means no contract for 2010. So some new recruits including the yearly marquee signing he said.
