Dragons footyIt was a disgrace how we didn't win it for Gutho, instead we fairytaled Lomax to win the game for Parra, only the Dragons could conjure up that scenario.

I’d do it this week, even though having him at fullback is comforting after 2 seasons of Sloane being there. Ramsay is the answer to that, he wouldn’t let anyone down at fb, he would add speed, reliability and youth, and Gutho can take control at 6 where he would make a big difference to our attack.I'd love to see Gutherson at 6 and Ramsey at 1 in 2026 if possible.
A halves partnership of Gutherson and Atkinson my deliver the game management capability our Dragons need.
Not to mention 4 line breaks. Gutho hasn't been spoken about much (EDIT: By anybody apart from our fanbase), but he's been one of the best fullbacks to kick off the year. Oh, and he's been (and Couchman) far and away our best player.Gutted for Gutho.
Scored 2 tries, couldn't have done to much more to lead the team.
It's a team sport however, he was let down by some individual errors.
The impact of gutherson has been well mentioned but the rise of Toby Couchman has been mighty impressive. He is literally carrying the weight of the entire front row and is still so green. Physically he has done everything asked of him and more. So good! Not to mention 4 line breaks. Gutho hasn't been spoken about much, but he's been one of the best fullbacks to kick off the year. Quite interesting this appears different expectation from the pre season that there were talks between Gutho and Sloan support. Maybe this didn't happened? Sloan seems still being himself. Gutho supposed to mentor him for the fullback but Sloan seems not improved like we see Toby did.The impact of gutherson has been well mentioned but the rise of Toby Couchman has been mighty impressive. We lose either player right now...don't even want to think.
I think that’s correct but even noting all you have said, Ramsey in KOE Cup gives away at least 10kg to Sloan on current weight differential yet runs so much harder and courageously at the line when returning and has more line breaks in him every day of the week. Really hope that we do see him back in FG fit and healthy at some stage in the near future. While I might like the idea of a rapid return to FG for Ramsey, everything I have seen or heard (and it has been a lot, as I think Ramsey's story is very inspirational) neither Cody or Flano have indicated that he is anywhere near playing FG yet. The dietary requirements and training regime needed to get him to this point is still very much a work in progress and neither Cody or the Club are going to risk putting him in FG before (if ever) he is well and truly ready for it. For the time being, any replacements will need to be someone else.
I agree with all you've said, but, quite rightly, I think the club is treating Cody's situation very cautiously. His health and well being must be the prime factor. Having said that, I would love to see him playing FG againI think that’s correct but even noting all you have said, Ramsey in KOE Cup gives away at least 10kg to Sloan on current weight differential yet runs so much harder and courageously at the line when returning and has more line breaks in him every day of the week.
