I doubt any other coach who could pull off 7 years of First Grade coaching after not producing any results.

He has to write a book about it one day.

They're clearly travelling better than 2019. If the board stuck with him through that season then they should stick with him for now. They're not embarassing themselves on the field like the Broncos or Titans most weeks. They're not the worst and have the potential to click and make the 8.

You’re going to have to get a coach with hair, the bald record just isn’t a good one.

Sure, there’s exceptions to the rule on both sides, Michael Maguire being a follicly-challenged premiership winner and Trent Barrett being more likely to win a Zoolander lookalike comp than a premiership as examples, but on the whole, the most successful coaches of the modern era have luscious locks. Even old Wayne grows the tufts out.
