Saving WMV

I'm sure I've seen this asked either here or at the old stomping grounds, but here goes nothing.

How do you save a Windows Media Viewer clip you view on the net, into you files?
What about a clip that's been sent to your email via attachment, that you want to post on the net?

On the Media Player toolbar, go to File, and then Save Media As... I think. Pretty sure.
