Apparenlty saw 4 takes place before saw 3 so ive read
I forget what happened in Saw 1-3 but luckily i have them saved to my hard drive

4 is definately after 3. the preview says jigsaw is dead and when they autopsy him they find another tape player inside him......

Because it's filled with flashbacks as to how he became Jigsaw, his first game etc...

Ok I was very confused, in that last scene...the three people in the trap room were Matthews hanging from the block of ice, Hoffman in the chair and Art Blanc with the thing on his back. Then Rigg and that Special agent guy come in...but who was that third guy, the one that the special agent shoots?

Hoffman is the new Jigsaw? The accomplice all along or just the fourth installment? Why did Jigsaw target all forms of people "needing help" and not just smackies? The movie only really justified his hate of junkies.

Great movie though, without doubt the best since the original.

whoever said 4 is before 3 wasnt totally wrong, they end concurrently, its a spin out. the other guy in the room that the FBI agent walks into is the guy from saw 3. the autopsy is actually the very end...............

it makes sense that he was the accomplice all along, as a cop would have all the info and backgrounds on all the people who have ever been caught in the traps as they have been lawbreakers, he would be able to lift the heavier people too, amanda wouldnt. jigsaw targeted people who didnt "cherish their lives". the more you think about the ending. the more it makes sense. they deliberatly didnt explain why he was the accomplice because they need to make more unanswered questions for saw V....

Hoffman will still be tested though, just like Amanda, as an accomplice he's not "on Jigsaws side" - noone is.

There'll be six movies altogether.

I need to see Saw 2 and 3.

I watched Hostel today...totally boring until the last 20 minutes, which were awesome.

yeh he killed cecil coz he caused his wife to lose the kid. f**ked up that perve who raped the girls and took photos.

Also another thing i noticed (others may have got it first go) but the movie sort of plays backwards, well it plays all over the place but the autopsy is actually the end of the movie>leading into 5. The end of the movie was just after saw 3. Because when hoffman locks the other cop in the other room at the end you can see jigsaw lying in the bed where he was when he got the saw to the throat (dead). So that means hoffman musta been in on it from the start or atleast from 2-3 because he is helping jgsaw long after he has died., also the tape that hoffman listens too (the one from jigsaws gut), im not sure if it is meant for him. jigsaw only mentions "detective"..

Hostel is ghey.

The best bits are anything invlolving the hot Czech chicks getting their cans out.
