You are, without qualification, the biggest bullshit artist on this forum.

My advice is for you to f**k off, and when you've done that, f**k off some more. Clown.
Big call, this forum is awash with bullshit artists. Most of them far worse than PR.

You're losing it lol. I have no idea what any of this means!

It took a lot of digging to find a quote from an nrl official on schedule control. If they'd included it when they announced the deal it would have been clearer!

Episode 25,000 of the whining response.
You got the first part right. You indeed have "no idea".
You have so much time on your hand it appears, I didn't realise you were on a road gang with all your digging.Get back to work you lazy oaf.
And whilst you're at it ,improve your NRL crowds and we might get to like you..

Wouldn't shock me .. that even though NRL will "control" the draw..They know based on the past 10 years what nine and fox like, and will schedule very similar to how nine and fox do now ..

I guess we will know in October

If broncos get all Friday and Thursday games you know we have been conned

Surely even the fckwits at the NRL can see what good outcomes you get if you schedule big games properly? They only need to look at Sunday afternoon to see a perfect example

Josh Massoud said on BSB this morning that the NRL do not have complete control of the draw. 9 and Fox get the first 68 picks in the 2018 season.
Seems strange.

7th Tackle: TV will still call the big shots in next deal

The NRL tell us they have control over the draw from next year onwards, but it’s not unfettered control.

We can reveal the upcoming five-year broadcast deal quarantines 65 premium games – a third of the season total – for the free-to-air network to select the time slots.

Importantly, the NRL will pick the 65 games.

But once those are selected, the network can request them where it sees fit within the draw. It appears the Pay TV rights holder, Fox Sports, has no say in the selection of games.

Some of the choices over the closing six rounds have been bizarre, to say the least.

Canterbury being anointed a Thursday night mainstay is a weekly turn-off, but perhaps more attractive than last Sunday’s dead rubber between the Tigers and Titans.

68/17 = 4

So and fox pick half the games times, for first 17 rds..

How is this NRL controlling the draw

The Broncos scheduling is how we will know..

Well all the NRL has to do is pick 65 shit games, and say there you go ... slot these babies in..

Then choose the slots of the good games..

The word "premium" is a worry! Is there anything to stop tonight's scenario happening again next year?

Premium is a pretty loose term.. Warriors v Canberra is a premium game, Titans v Manly is a premium game..

Go nuts Ch 9 Schedule them when you want.. or pass them up

yes , if the NRL doesn't ah... pick it .. then it won't
if the broadcasters have no say at all in the 65 games , terms like premium are irelevant & open to interpretation

I'm gonna take a stab in the dark and say 'Premium' = Broncos, Tigers, Bulldogs, Bunnies no matter where they sit on the ladder.

It may be relevant in the case where those games chosen by the NRL are not deemed worthy of a premium timeslot are parked in the worst timeslots, leaving the other games more likely to land in the better timeslots for FTA or Fox. There is still some element of control by nine, even if a small amount, if they don't get the games they would prefer control over.
