my god, can we not just accept that parra pete is an insider? he's a man obviously in the know, obviously close to some people at our club.. hell maybe he knows how to tap phone lines?? most probably. but he does seem to be spot on most of the time.

i dont think petty name calling really reflects well on the people saying it.. thanks for the info parra pete! and now lets wait around and see what happens

It has been mentioned before but for mine... Chris Latham is the best fullback out of both codes hands down.

It would be a massive gamble for schif to leave a club (as captain) with the No.1 tied down and expect to make an immediate impact. This to me reaks of him playing hard ball for more money. Afterall, June 30 is just around the corner.

I agree with the folks that Lyons should be our priority. I think we'd have a lot to offer him as well. Buckets of money, a more laid back lifestyle and wee waa closer than any other club. For all of those that says he's overated, I seriously have to disagree.

I am a whole hearted QLD supporter and I hated Jamie Lyon with a passion but gee... I've seen that guy score trys from anywhere. I think he's bagged 5 trys 2 or 3 times in his career. Like Hindmarsh, he's a fella that doesn't typically suit the 'centre' but he is a real gem no doubt about it.

Top that with the 'man of steel' honour I think more than once in England and his ability to goal kick and you have yourself a pretty thorough footballer.

anyways, turns out my sources have some info

Tom Ato has told me Matt Elliott is set to be signed by Penrith for season 2007 and my other source Barbie Que claims Linc Withers is set to move back home to Canberra from St Goerge!

Expect announcements in the coming days about these developments
