[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]London Broncos, soon to become Harlequins Rugby League, have made Australian hooker Chad Randall their first signing for 2006.
Randall, 24, has played the last four seasons with NRL club Manly Sea Eagles.
London coach Tony Rea, who has released eight players from this year's squad, said: "Chad's a very natural footballer who reads the game very well.
"I think he will form a solid combination with our halves and also work well with Neil Budworth."
Hooker Budworth recently agreed to a contract extension which will keep him at London until at least the end of the 2006 season.
He missed the entire 2005 campaign after undergoing a knee reconstruction.
The eight players departing the club are: Francis Stephenson, Steve Trindall, Anthony Armour, Dave Highton, Mark O'Halloran, John Kirkpatrick, Lee Sanderson and Feleti Mateo.
