IC s solution to last years injury toll is to smash the players with a tough pre season. Let's hope it works.

We all knew a lack of off season was going to be a major problem this year, but if the only thing they've come up with is to hammer them next off season, i predict a good percentage to be unavailable come round one.

I don't know sounds like a bit of exaggeration from news.com.au. Might not be that severe. Still I hope they've looked a little further into it than "Oh hey let's just put a bit more load in the pre-season" and actually looked into proven methods.

Remember a lot of the squad didnt get a preseason last year. Where does Ivan say they will be pushing them harder? He is saying more of the squad are available for preseason as not many have had surgery like last year and that should help as they should actually be fit heading into the season.

Did they take into account the few years before this year where we had huge injury tolls? There's something more than a limited pre-season causing this.

A tough pre-season doesn't seem like it's going to reduce the chance at injury. If anything it might burn guys out. But hopefully this isn't our big idea to fix the injury tolls and is just part of a solution.
