How embarrassing for England... Losing at home to a severely under strength Kiwis outfit.
How's that fluffydud...you mock our lack of halves... Your so called halves scored 2 points...
I have just seen an article that says the 45,000 that watched it was highest ever crowd to watch a England v Kiwi test.
Hey... 9 points is to be expected when you have no halves...Hey ive not watched it yet...but i can only imagine we where as bad as the scorelines suggest...
And to win a game 9-2 with 28 penatlies between us...is nowt to crow about...we should both be ashamed lol
Perhaps a big promotion for the England v Australia game next year at the same venue in the 4 nations would see a similar crowd. Was a stinker of a game. So much dropped ball, one out running, no organisation from both teams and lacking in intensity for the most part. The absolute opposite of the last few times these countries have played each other. It shows how important a true halfback is in the modern game IMO. Not a five eighth playing half, or two halves playing left and right. A real organiser, kicker and leader. There were none playing. It was a terrible game of footy, let's hope we didn't scare off 45000 people from coming back.
Can someone explain the rationale of Hiku at 6 for New Zealand? Picking an outside back from a team that didn't make the top 8 in the NRL in a half position is a sure way to lose. Everywhere else NZ is streets ahead of England (although the English forwards have their advantages).
I want to tip NZ here but I feel like a bad halves pairing could cost them in a close game. Will NZ's top class backs and tough, mobile forwards with Isaac Luke hopefuly playing a big part in the game be enough?
That he thinks NZ are streets ahead
