Really good news. This kid is one of my favourites.Hes black & gold to the core a Dundas shamrocks junior & lives around the corner from me.Inconceivable that he’d ever play for another club.

I you can't tell he is one of my favorites as well. I thought he was good in reserves. He'd get smashed and get up and go again. I met at wrestling training once and he was a nice guy as well. Way bigger than me.

Your not on your Pat Malone Tiger.
I can't think of any one who would not like him and Alex Twal. Whilst not the leading fwds in the game they are great ambassadors for the club, have a cult following and are improving every year.
Forwards should improve every year and big red has the body and determination to see him play into his 30's.
I'd say the next 3 three years will be his best and both the Alex boys are two players that deserve a premiership ring.

I've heard that he doesn't have a voice..well after the club realised his worth and the fans love him they rewarded him with a lengthy contract, so maybe now he gets a voice. Maybe the youngins will look up to him more and he gets more respect.
He'll be the rock in our pack soon, leading by his actions.
One of the best examples I can think of that typifies his tenacity is in a game two years ago (can't remember who against), we were attacking in the red zone and Big Red was playing the ball after a solid hit-up after which the first receiver dropped the ball and the opposition pounced on it to run away to score. Guess who the only bloke to chase the winger all the way back to his own try line...you guessed it.
The prancing pansy backs had all given up, but not Red.

I remember back some years ago, in a trial at Wollongong, after the game all the kids ran to the fence to get an autograph from the players.
He was the only one who stayed signing autographs, until all the kids had left.
Have been fond of him, ever since.

Can someone tell me the state of play with our top 30. I'd appreciate someone to untangle it for me. If you don't really know just make it up and we'll run with that :)

Agree, I thought we had one left, but have signed a few since then, so ZT is saying we have our 30?

It's so hard to f**king work it out.

Zero T doesn't help much.

My understanding is we have one spot left.

Every NRL team needs a nutter who will die for the club. He's the guy in the trenches you know will stick it out to the bitter end. Someone who just simply says "I don't give a f**k".

With a bit more development he could really own that 2nd row spot. It's great to see a WT junior who has stuck with us through all the bs and now has the opportunity to be in the starting 13.

Rip in son. Try not to get suspended.

He’s a throwback to the 80’s & would’ve fit in perfectly in the fabulous 80’s Balmain forward packs that were loaded with gun Balmain juniors

Tries his socks off every week, and sometimes to his detriment. Has a brain explosion in him but is working on that. As strange as this sounds I don’t think he knows what kind of player he is. Has a fair bit of upside as he is very much a work in progress.

Thanks, Tiger, I'm not trying to be a smart a...but where have you got your info? If you could post a link then that would be awesome.
@Tigerm Zero tackle chops and changes. I've seen two of their top30 that has Miller and Sullivan in there.
The Official Wests Tigers website has 28 players in it and was updated last week. Rightfully Bud and Bateman have been omitted.
Another source has Jorgensen in it but he is on a Train and trial contract unless they are pre-empting him being included after the trials. It's a shite show.
I'd be happy with 1 or 2 spots available as there are always good players wanting out or forced out before the deadline.
