They are now eliminated.

Canberra overpowered the Eels in the second half.

Canberra had been on a hot streak over the past month, claiming 8th spot on the ladder.

McIntyre System isn't used in SG Ball. It's a disgrace if you ask me. No advantage at all given to the team who finishes 1st at completion of normal season. Nor to 2nd, 3rd or 4th for that matter.
