I liked the bit in his apology where he said "I was asked about the refs".

Fmd. You wrote yourself a list. It's not as if you were surprised that refereeing became a topic of conversation.

Not enough...

His actions dragged the game through the mud. A written apology is pathetic

I want to see the ARLC demand a video apology, so everyone gets to see him choke on Greenburgs big fat chubby.

Did he really drag the game through the mud? He blew up about the refs after his sides crap semi final performance. Not even the crime of the day let alone century.

Yeah, he did.

It wasn't a blowup, it was a carefully orchestrated attack designed to draw attention away from his side's dismal performance. He came with a f*ckin' speech written down FFS.

And he made shit up to try and prove his non existent point. Coote was offside, Maloney didn't impede Lowe, and anyway Valentine had the ball before James touched Ethan?? Wasn't, did and no-one had the ball yet (especially not Holmes who never touched it).
Either he's a very poor observer or (more likely IMO) he's a mischievous little monkey who learned far too much off Ennis and Gallen about how to milk stuff.

I have no dramas with Barrett and Arthur - they were legitimately disappointed and let their mouths run away from them. And no one is talking about them any more. But flannel deliberately tried to shift the blame from his team's shortcomings to some ref decisions which, as it happens, were mostly correct. And that, dear sir/madam [delete whichever is inappropriate] is dragging the game through the mud.

;)

Flanno just waited too long to have a dig. Once your season is done its too late to put refs on notice.

Dragged the game through the mud? Please! The game's administration has already put it in the shit, dragging it to mud would be an improvement.

Might be time to relegate this news about the sharks to where it belongs.

Similar to their team this year, not relevant anymore.
