I have posited that Val is a better winger than fullback for some time. Last night's game only adds to this theory. Can he drift around the back of a box play and hit an angled runner as a fullback/link man? Not that I've seen it. He needs to do that regularly if he is to play as a fullback.

Dude, snappy heads up, it’s a “block” play, not a “box” play. You keep calling it a box play.

One thing on the World Cup I’ve noticed is the audio from the referees.
Didn’t realise the extent they give it to Andrew.
Farah cops a bit from them too (he gives as good as he gets) but Fifita is in a league of his own being singled out.
