Sharks lower grade games

The top of the table Warriors hang on to win 22-16 in NSW Cup.

Some tremendous scrambling defence for the Jets was cancelled out by some of the softest tries you’ll ever see. Dixon and Gabrael came very close to scoring as the Jets almost pulled off the second half comeback.

Crouch was impressive with some hard running and late offloads.

Congratulations and Fitz will have him in lower grades for next 5 years
Weird comment given Gabriel, Pollard and Ford have all played Jets this year even though eligible for Flegg.

Gabriel is a regular for the Jets, and Pollard and Ford and going in and out so to ease their transtion given the position are a bit harder.

McCullough and Couts have all gotten game time this year

Felix got some game time last year and thinks he's played this year too.

The club has no problem bringing in the RIGHT young kids.

Why can’t we just put in a high school kid, like we used to in the 80s.
If it was ok then it’s ok now.

We all know that high school kids were training 6 days per week with weights and on structured diets and weighed 110kg in year 8 during the 80s.

The under 19s origin showed that despite playing Aus Schoolviys twice and now Origin 19s the highly touted Nikora Williams has a lot of physical development to go. Looks like he needs at least 2 if not 3 full time off seasons

Yeah he needs to pack on some size that’s for sure. Few years away from any serious first grade discussion.

The other centre looked more ready, had a good game

Have to disagree he is holding them back, I am watching other clubs give younger players a go and seeing benefit.
Dogs top of comp throwing Galvin in same age as Pollard.
Dolphins have Katoa they blooded him at 18 I know he has no where experience of Hynes and Trindall, but he will probably be better then them, other unknown.

Don’t agree with everything you have said, BUT…
I think Katoa is ALREADY better than both of our halves.

He did get a run off the bench vs the Wahs in April. Scored a try.

He had nothing to do with that FFS. He'll lose them an important game before the years out too.

Do you see all the 18 year old debutants that struggle?

These are all the contracted 19 year olds in the NRL this season. How many are regularly playing and making a contribution? Maybe three?
