"Says more about the sea eagles than it does the sharks" = typical shark bashing from me?

Harden the f**k up princess. Because I said winning a game in February against a team with a chaotic offseason wasn't particularly insightful you go and have a sook. Imagine if I actually had a go at your team...

I agree with all this.

Apologies Bunniesman. I didn't actually read what you wrote. I assumed it would be the normal Shark hating jibber. ;-)

Which doesn't change the fact trials mean nothing.
You may not get 2 points but trials see where a team is @ in many ways, Parra were very unlucky last year, lost a few games by a merkin hair and only had one play maker. Parra will surprise many in 012..

Normally trials mean nothing as i never usually go to them... but let me say this...

the game tonight was played with high intensity from both sides, manly didnt field a 2nd rate team in the 1st grade v 1st grade half, it was a serious hit out.

Manly aside, cronulla forced 6 line drop outs, dominated field position, played smart footy and outplayed the current premiers.

You can only beat whats infront of you and not only did they win they did it convincingly.

Good signs for my team and those who dont like it, bad luck.

I don't really care about the results from a trial match, but I do reckon the Sharkies will go alright this year. They've had a good forward pack for a while now, but no halves or backs to take advantage of it. De Gois is a good signing, and obviously Carney will add a lot if he can keep his mind on the job. Outside backs are still a bit weak but there's a decent enough squad there.

Good forward pack that we have had for years hey?
Tonight there was No Gallen. No Smith. No Tupou. No Douglas. No Snowden.
That's basically the starting pack from last year, and by all accounts they still dominated!

By no means does this result make the Sharks premiership favourites, top 4 certainties, or anything else.

BUT, the effect that it will have on the team and community can not be underestimated. The first trial win in years, against the defending premiers, and arch enemies. It may only be a trial, but I'd rather win it than lose it!

Fifita is better than snowden and Douglas[great footwork power and ball player],Gibbs is more valuable than snowden and douglas [meter eater and milks penalties @ the right time]. the sharks team balance is better than its ever been, add Carney and the sharks could be anything in 2012..

pretty surprising scoreline and you never know what to make of trials..however its hard to find any negatives from the sharks perspective..hope they go well this year!

Sorry, but the Sea Eagles got owned tonight. The Sea Eagles had there full strength team trying to blow the Sharkies out of the water but instead had their skirts blown up around their shoulders. Mark my words, the Sharkies will be a force this year and the Eagles will be taken back a few notches.

Says more about the Sea Eagles than it does the Sharks. Manly will be a spoon contender. That club will learn the importance of a top class coach and to not take a top class coach for granted when you're lucky enough to have one.
lol, your such a goose, only an idiot would draw any type of conclusion from a f**king trial match. Though im glad, because all your predictions end up polar opposite.

And lol@anyone else who thinks the same as this goose.
