Can anyone tell me when the replay is?

I had the VCR all set up to record it, and my mum turned the AMP off, which is what our WHOLE home theater set-up runs through. I now have 2 hours of black footage with that "biiiiiiiiiiing" noise :x

It used to be like Thursday mornings right? Anyone have a Austar/Foxtel guide? We don't get one anymore :?
