Seriously mate I just don't know why you won't admit that he is a dirty little niggler and the penalties he gives away for it puts your team on the back foot and could prove very costly in a tight semi-final.

Because it is a storm in a teacup. He might be a niggler, but he does not cost as many penalties as what everyone is making out.

Just because he hasnt spent more time on the sideline than others does not mean he is any less of a grub. Being a grub is more about his crap attitude on the field and stupid little stuff like spitting, elbows in tackles etc that u dont get taken to the judiciary for.

Someone like Fui Fui doing 1 bad tackle and being out for seven weeks, or Dunley who plays dirty for 7 weeks. I think we know which player is more grubby.

He does give alot a few penalties tho than can cost you in tight games.

I'll give you these stats. Shayne has played in all Manly games bar 1 this year. Manly have won more than they have lost.

The point about about giving away too many penalties is mute as I can pick at least 3 players in the Manly team that give away more penalties per game than Dunley.

But CharlieF, I think it may have something to do with how he gives away to penalties. i.e cheapshots in the play the ball, niggling stuff. Whilst you gotta love the mongrel he possesses, some of the penalties he gives away are just darn right stupid.
