shifty was an important part of the 2004 campaign and was one of the best on field in the GF...if he's playin good footy, let him come back to first grade because he's already proven what he can do...just a shame for ben roberts cause he looks like a good player...if the dogs persist with shifty, roberts will prolly be signed up by another club (and that could lead to another thurston saga)

shifty played well and always was going to come back hard. holdsworth (who shouldnt have been sent to the bin) had a top game too, if these two both stay injury free they'll be a great combination!

Hey i believe this is the best game Holdsworth has had since he started. I think it's all to do with the pressure being taken off him with sherwin coming back.

On the other hand COREY HAS TO GOOOO, or AT LEAST GET DROPPED for a a few weeks, Ngawini looks like a great player that can fill in....

Even commentators were bagging out corey...

did not roberts come over from the tigers for the same reason? being behind prince and marshall?

Yup, sure did.

Nothing against Roberts, but it definitely made me smile to see Shifty starting to find form again - and with a little more room to move when the boys get back from Origin duty who knows what he can do.

shifty had a brilliant game today considerin that he's been out for some period of time, he's a vital part of the bulldogs team and when he's goin well, the bulldogs are generally goin well...hopefully he can keep this form up, if he does, the premiership doesn't seem so far away...pity for roberts, he should think about going back to the tigers, considerin there losin prince
