Should Bennett allow Hodges to play?

I know this subject is done to death, but now that the broncos team is depleting due to injury, should Justin Hodges be allowed to play First Grade for Brisbane?
Is Bennett doing right by the fans & Brisbanes hopes for finals chances by not letting him play?

IMHO i think that if he is playing well enough he should be picked.
I read in this mornings paper that Hodges may sue.
It said the Justin Hodges saga may blow up on Brisbane with legal action in the wind.
Hodges manager JimBanaghan has been contacted by solicitors in the past few days offering their services, suggesting a restraint of trade case exists.
Bennett took a dig at Hodges in his newspaper column yesterday suggesting his actions had disrupted team harmony.
