Flanno has built this roster to play a particular way. It is not a winning formula. We can replace the coach but I don’t know if the players can play differently. However…. KOE can score points and are playing well. Maybe we should give Willie a go as caretaker?

I reckon Flanno is safe tomorrow ....Board too indecisive and remember it has to be a unanimous decision from both sides.
Unfortunately things need to get worse before they take action....next 2 games should do it.

I reckon he's safe also tomorrow. Some talk that this Board meeting is a scheduled monthly meeting so not extraordinary. However, I do think as many have already stated, they will discuss the coaching staff particularly the HC, players and football staff.

I don't think also that they are ready to admit extending SF last year was an error of judgment on their behalf. So, no doubt they will give him 'time'. That 'time' we can only guess, maybe 2, maybe 3.

I'm not so sure. Reports at the time of Flanno's initial appointment was that some Board members were very much against his signing. Could be a "robust" discussion.

The Board are now embarrassed because they extended him 2 more years . Season over guys let the coach stay this season and the Board can be guilty when they are wooden spooners then clean out the Board and coaching staff all in 1 .
