I think there's a small minded mentality in our game where we say as soon as someone signs for another code, there persona non grata and we constantly worry and react t what other codes do.

Where do you draw the line? Why not deregister him so he cant be seen killing on friday night football?

QRL managing director Ross Livermore says XXXX Maroons selectors will maintain their key values and principles when they settle on the team for Game II.
“Any player registered in the NRL is eligible for representative selection – whether that is at Origin or Test level,” Livermore said.
“Loyalty has traditionally played a big part in the selection process. In picking the team for Game II of the series, selectors will take into account the form of the players and they will also be mindful of the big picture and the future.”
Livermore said he was disappointed to learn of Folau’s decision to leave rugby league.
“From all reports, Israel has accepted a lucrative contract that any young person in any walk of life would find hard to reject,” Livermore said.
