Should Mario Fenech be on TV/Footy Show?

The guy is brain dead and offers nothing insightful on the game at all. All the jokes at his expense had their day about 5 years ago.

After watching Harrogan's stumbing efforts on today's Footy Show, I believe he is heading for the same category.

My vote a BIG NO!!!

Vautin has a massive ego and not as funny as he thinks he is. Sterlo is spot on. His comments on Jamie Lyons were exactly what I was thinking about the greedy jerk. Harrigan is there for the ladies. Fenech is hopeless but I feel sorry for him. He tries to put his points over but invariably jibbers. Gould? Gould is Gould.

But I don't watch the Ex Footballers Variety show, so what do I know.
But when I did, Muzz in the caravan is what I laughed at.

What makes this all the more painful is that Mario Fenech is the NRL's Sponsorship Services Manager (with Barry Russell).
Ever wonder why the NRL doesn't have top 'white collar' corporate support?
He needs to make a decision;
* either go on TV each week, be made a merkin of by Fatty etc. when they belittle you.
* retract from the glare of consumer based promotion and concentrate on appealling to the corporate sector.

I firmly believe Mario should keep his role at Ch 9 as he brings an honest passsion to what he does and he is good for gags etc.
He should resign effective immediately from the NRL where is proving to be just as big a joke.

Heard he was sending an email out to all sponsors about the NRL Grand Final and instead of BCC he CC'ed everybody. Some sponsor's were upset as their details were exposed to other 'smaller' sponsors who now feel they have the forum to email them with shitty offers from their company.
