Should the draw favour certain teams?

Surely said:
If you want to stack your side full of origin players, well it's plain bad luck if you lose them at origin time.

There should be no favourable draw on the expectation a side will field more origin players than another.

I personally would rather them flick origin to the end of the season, after the finals, i think it impacts too much on the premiership, with injuries, losss of players etc.

Why is it hard luck? What if it's players that the team has developed?

At least in the case of the Broncos and Warriors that current system is fair. The Warriors get a bye at test time because they are always going to provide the most test players due to the fact that they are always going to have a large percentage of kiwi players in the side, simply due to where they are located. The same applies to the Broncos and Origin, and may also apply to the Cowboys in the near future.

The only team the draw should favour is melbourne and the only reason it should favourable is to be flexible with the AFl(ie. Not playing AFL afternoons, evening)

There should be 2 weeks of No Football for Origin to play on a Saturday night. If there are no players from 2 clubs or more, and they wish to play then let them.

But the Broncos, Dragons, Dogs, Roosters, Panthers, Storm, Should not have to play without a big chunk of their team.

Its ridiculous. and unfair.
