Shrek the third

Omg i saw this today...was very disappointed in the story line...I suggest not going to the movies to see it but wait till it comes out on dvd

I gotta say, all three 'threequels' I have seen this year (Spiderman, Pirates, and now Shrek) I have been disappointed with. Spiderman 3 was the most disappointing.
I enjoyed them all, don't get me wrong. I just felt they could've been better.

I saw Shrek 3 yesterday, and I thought it was good, but disappointing. I don't think it was the storyline that needed much fixing up, I felt it was the comedy that was a bit of a let-down. Similar jokes to the previous movies, and not really anything new to add to them.

I liked spiderman 3....I was at the opinion in shrek 3 that it was about a baby orge....but thats not right till the end...thought the story was lame also....I was falling asleep,,,,I've also heard pirates 3 is a bit far out...

I, too, was under the impression that it was about Shrek, Fiona, and their baby/babies as the main storyline. I have read though that there will definitely be another 2 Shrek movies to come, so I'm guessing Shrek 4 will be more family-orientated.

As for Pirates 3, I literally did fall asleep on about 3 or 4 occasions for a minute or so each time! What I did see though was enjoyable, but not up to the same standard as #2 in my opinion ... which itself was nothing in comparision to the first one.

seen it today & remembering that it really is a kids movie it was ok, not as good as the first one but how often do sequels follow through?

Shrek 3 is disappointing and it's reflected in the box office takes around the world, Shrek 2 was a huge success, I will wait for the HD DVD release...
