Shane Richardson is THE greatest bloody sook of a CEO I have ever seen or heard off.

Richardson said the breach related to the re-adjustment of Gower's contract, signed in 2002.

Re-adjustment, accounting error, technical mishap, call it whatever you like, but crying about it like a little child doesn't alter that fact.

"The bottom line is we didn't exceed the salary cap whatsoever. What we failed to do was put through to the NRL that adjustment to the (Gower) contract - it was a technical error, a technical breach," Richardson said.

So shut up and pay the fine the you old woman!!
