I don't miss him at all. He did have a good game at fullback in reggies, but with Reddy and Hayne playing so well and McKinnon and Smith back in a few weeks, i couldn't imagine him playing to many first grade games this year

Peto will probably play by the end of the year, we still have 2 lead up Origin games left to go where we'll be missing Guru and T and we've also got a few outside backs still on the injured list such as Burt, McKinnon, Smith and Inu.

he's every chance, especially when the depth is being tested.

Bugger,

I thought this thread was going to be about something on the Simpsons.

That's it, I'm going down to Moe's.

With Hayne having got a run in 1sts and doing OK, and with Petersen leaving at the end of the year, I'd be surprised if he got another run except to cover injury/absence. Hayne has definitely passed him in the pecking order, not sure Williams has yet in coaches' eyes?

if it was sideshow instead of hayne on the wing in the 79th minute we would have lost that one against the roosters. with that said, guru2 had pretty dodgy positioning in the second half.

I thought he played well in attack in Reggies but wasn't the best in defence. His positioning was off at times (such as when they got the 40/20) and his attempts at last ditch one-on-ones on the line was kinda weak.

But he ran very well in attack, supported well and had very few out of dummy half sideways runs, which was good.

I believe he will only come back to Firsts to cover for injury.

yeah, I thought he was quite handy at the back on Sunday, but I agree that he should only be used if necessary.

Petersen did actually come to the club as a fullback.

and based on what he showed last week he looks more comfortable there then on the wing

I'm not saying he didn't make any errors but he just looked SAFER there then he does on the wing.
