Wait, derp. BF died somehow. I guess one of them might be able to.

Whoever suggested Snake might be a one person party may be onto something, because he's the only I could think of that isn't mafia and has murder abilities.
Sideshow Bow and Grimes Junior could have infrequent murder abilities as they both try to kill people in the show

If I were mafia you would have been dead dozens of times over by now.
earlier on it would have made it too obvious that it was you, but now as the townspeople are dwindling and stuff ...

The thing about the 1s and 2s that soc listed is they're all regular ffb posters. Especially Ozzy.
Ozzy mostly only posts in business hours. I'm not saying he's not a bad guy, I'm just saying that his silence isn't that suspicious based on his regular forum activity
Do I get some sort of prize for guessing he was Apu?
pretty sure I guessed it first

I am actually very surprised you are still alive. Killing you would have framed me perfectly.

I think JM is a townie who for some reason gets informed when the mafia tries to take him down.

I bet he is Apu and Apu has been shot a number of times and has never dies, so maybe there is something in that? Plus with all the quotes and all.

could also be Apu. Lots of people shoot Apu. It's just a hundred dollar fine now
I only considered he might be Apu because he said thank you come again

I think we need to use the night phase to try and come up with something sound for the next lynch.

And that something is DB, Whall15 or Ozzy (due to his silence)

No more mucking around voting for flavour of the minute 'just to see' if they are mafia or not. We need to vote for people who are displaying suspect tendencies.

I was fairly 50/50 on JM. I thought Hala's Apu theory had weight but I let the rush of votes he was getting have too much weight on my decision in the end though.

Originally I was suspicious because he had been posting less in this game than the other, and when BM died and he posted something about meta-game influencing votes, I thought that he was trying to protect BM because they were both mafia. So, wrong on both counts there

Also, in a different thread Misanthrope was talking about another game he was involved with where the mafia boss announced his role in the public game thread, and that someone needed to die before he could. When JM made his posts about not being able to killed, I thought he was doing a similar thing.

If you are mafia I think the best way to avoid being lynched is to not engage at all and pick townies off each night while letting the townies lynch each other during the day.

It is so hard to make informed decisions as to who is who with so little to go on

Crossed my mind as well tbh.

Just went and checked the last game thread. DB, 9701 & Parra were more active there than here. Parra got knocked in the first lynch in that game too.

We still have 8 dangers to deal with, the more I think about it the more I think that is where we should be looking. Although based on my voting so far I am not smarter than the President. I am pretty keen on hearing what others think.

I think it is pretty funny that you have participated in lynchings of innocent townsfolk, but then want to point the finger at people who took no part in the slaying of innocents.

Can we all get over the 'post count = indicator of guilt' theory? Yes it may have some bearing but I'm sure we can also get some clues from comments and voting habits.

If we are going to go on post counts and lynxh potentially innocent townies on the basis of 'well let's lynch them and find out', then let's at least target the ones who haven't said a word. Instead JM was voted out and it was plain as day he was Apu.

For comparison, with us only a third of the way into this one...

Eat my shorts, apart from firing a few barbs my way you haven't participated in anything. Quelling your bloodlust at night perhaps?

As far as participating goes, seems to me that the results so far have been nothing short of a disaster.

If suspicion is due anywhere, it should be squarely at anyone who has voted to lynch innocent townsfolk. Particularly for anyone who has participated in multiple lynchings.

Participation in a lynch mob that gets it wrong is nothing to be proud of soc123au

I haven't murdered or lynched anyone. I have not participated in killed innocent people. How many can say the same?

So sitting and watching innocent people getting killed is OK? Got any idea on who the mafia members are or are you planning on keeping mum whilst others get whacked?

It is better than actively killing them. We do need to fire up discussions so the lynchings are not just blind , with some mafia encouragement.

My suggestion is to start looking at those who have lynched multiple innocents.

I have only ever voted for BDR because he has been the one I have at each point been most certain was a bad guy. I took my time on the last vote and still landed on BDR. But these are the guys who I have stronger feelings are not town than are:
BDR, Apey, Always Green, Thorson, Cliffhanger, Frederick. Not necessarily in that order. Anyone who says let's lynch them and find out is very suspicious in my opinion, not all these guys said that, I suspect some for different reasons. Some guys I am in the middle about (I can be convinced either way about those guys) and there are only a few who I am convinced are town.
