What the 2022 Super League Dream Team reveals about the declining standard of English rugby league – The Roar

I actually agree with this. I watched one of the SL games recently between Leeds and Castleford and I'm not gonna lie I turned it off after 30mins it was one of the worst games I've seen. Is the quality in the Super League getting worse? I hope not because we need England to be strong every year. If England turns up at the world cup and don't even make the semis it's gonna prove that the Super League is declining big time

They play way too many games each season and the players are exhausted … PLUS the administration of the game over there is terrible … years, actually decades, of mismanagement adding up big time.

I get that they're playing way too many games but when you have dream team that has players that are at the end of there careers in a English dominated comp and not one English in the backs it's not a good look
