What has annoyed me this weekend is all the Ennis suck hards in the media changing the topic whenever Robbie Farah is mentioned and how tough he has played the last month or so.

Freeman did it today again. Changing the topic to how tough Friend was instead.

Farah is a better player after a mystery jab from Dr Doom than Ennis will ever be.

I have stated before that in my long time watching league the non selection of Farah over Ennis is the biggest selection blunder ever.

What is it with the media and the Ennis lovefest? You would think even some of the bonehead journos in our game would realise that Farah is so superior to Ennis it is not even close.

Farah is not even having his best season but he still pulls out big plays when it counts like the Broncos game.

As for Ennis being tougher please, I would back Farah to knock him out within a minute. Farah also makes more tackles per game and misses fewer per game than Ennis.

What is worrying is guys in the media like Steve Roach, Benny Ellias, Warren Smith, Wayne Pearce and Garry Freeman all with a connection to our club refuse to talk up Farah for some reason.

Does anyone know why there is not the media push for Farah?

All the guys you mentioned are dinosaurs-

Roach is the most puzzling I remember him in game - we were behind at this stage- lets tkae a look at Farah now- he is the type of player that if you are in-front by 10 he will get you in-front by 20......

As annoying as Ben Ikin was - you would never hear that kind of rubbish from him about a broncos player.....I remember a draw between Broncos and another team- he was dally m judge and gave all points to broncos players.....

May be the reason.

I forgot how Elias was overlooked by NSW selectors for a few years. He was a tough skillful player. I think Farah is slightly better but it would be a close call.

I also remember Roach and Sirronen being overlooked by NSW yet were the first 2 named in the Australian team.

Maybe the selectors have always been against Tigers players.

Agree about Ikin he stuck solid with the Broncos, was bloody annoying as a commentator.

The guys I mentioned are dinosaurs but they all have some affiliation with our club. You think they would show the same loyalty to the Tigers that Ikin does for the Broncos, fulton for the Eagles, Alexander for the Panthers etc etc.
