Slow starters

Why are we usually slow starters to the season when other teams ,are quick with early wins .
Last year we played poor in r1 and terrible in r2 .then with raiders a poor 1st half then we comeback..
We wait all off season and dish up this
I wish i could say we will comeback but at this stage i cant see it

0-5 or 1-4 is looking like a real possibility with the draw.

Have been like this forever. The only time we got off to good starts for the season was when Bennett was coaching. Under anyone else, whether Nathan Brown or Steve Price or now Mary, they have never started well. There has to be something seriously wrong in the off season training or conditioning.
