I was also impressed with Gould being there. Apparently he put up a convincing argument even though it must have looked pretty hopeless.
I saw the TV news this morning and the hearing had plenty of heavy weights there from the club. Andrew Farrar was there ofcourse as was Phil Gould.
Afterwards, Craig Smith had no hesitation talking to the media and carried himself very well. He said that he has a clear conscience and it was just unfortunate that the Judiciary didn't agree with the evidence.
The news report also said that Smith was hard done by. Although no one was actually pointing the finger at Bennett or Hall.
They are appealing and that offers some hope but I don't think Smith has a snow ball's chance of having the decision overturned.
BTW, does anyone know what the vote was?
