That just means the utility on the bench will be Hornby now, unless they decide to play him at half with Thurston as the utility, but I can't see that happening.

As a side note, how did Thurston go in the PM's XIII game?

Thurston to halfback, Berrigan to hooker, Hornby off the bench. Plus Thurston is the goal kicker so needs to play 80 minutes.

Smith says he's not gonna miss making his Test debt for the world. I think he'll play... although it would be nice for him to make his Test debt at "home" the following Saturday in Mrlbourne
