will not be considered for SOO because of his inability to complete the required numbers of training sessions? I'm confused.

He is the right sort of character for Origin, but id never pick him over a younger/faster Number 9 or 13.. he has heart by the bucketload, but hes slow at the moment.

What we need (for the Dragons and NSW) is a dummy half who runs forward 1-2 steps to make sure the forward can run onto the ball without risk of a forward pass.

So is he officially out of the running or what? He's not a strating hooker, but would go very well off the bench for the Blues

I see him as an ideal Origin bench player - the type of role that Craig Wing used to play. NSW have missed someone that can play hooker, 2nd receiver or back row off the bench since Wing left.

That's what I wanna know. We could easily have 1/2 doz. players in the (SOO) side and I'd love to see Youngy there. I'd cheer for the Blues for a change.

He is not officially ruled out of SOO. He was not considered for Country because it is a 4 day camp and he couldn't train until day 3.

Origin is a 9 day camp, so if he misses the first couple of days of training, it's not a big deal.
