And already dave grohl has his bloody finger in it!!!!

seriously is this guy superman? actually i have just been listening to a bit of his latest musical dabbling, Probot. The guy would have to go down as one of the greats of our time, he does everything!

Any of the metal heads on here a fan?

Well, I love Foo Fighters, but have not heard of Probot.

Samwise, what are they like?

Probot = a solo metal project of Grohl's featuring some well known and underground metal vocalists like the guy from Motor Head

very different to the foo, basically grohl has written all the tracks and got his fave metal artists to do vocals. i think he is drumming on this album. Singers include max cavalera (soulfly, sepultura), Cronos (Venom), Lemmy (Motorhead), Mike Dean (Corrosion of Conformity), Kurt Brecht (DRI), Lee Dorian (Napalm Death, Cathedral), Wino (St Vitus, Obsessed, Spirit Caravan, Place of skulls), Tom G Warrior (Celtic Frost, Appollyon Sun), Snake (Voivod), Eric Wagner (Trouble), King Diamond (Mercyful Fate).

I can take or leave Dave Grohl, but I'm happy to concede you the pie so long as you're not indecently assaulting it :p

baked pie sucks !!!!!!

Only if its got foulgusting things like fungus (mushroom) in it!

Beef bolognaise pies are well worth the effort, as are beef burgundy and certain varieties of chicken...

And its not just for the Newman's of this world to blissfully gorge themselves on baked fruit pies, particularly apple & rhubarb, apricot & custard, or mixed-berry!

In fact, I'm getting all Homer Simpson about a good fruit pie as I type ;-)

Of course, baked cheesecake sucks!

Thai Chicken Pie would've been considered up market fare for me when I was an undergrad :)

Still, to paraphrase Newman -- "Thai Chicken Pie? I've never tried the pastry, but it sounds quite fetching."
