yes thats right kiddies ... the 92 MTV awards was the BEST footage of live gigs ive seen, but DIDNT see live. Thankyou TV ... i taped them on vhs at the time ... but sh*t these are definitely the best

Have you ever seen the footage of Slash and Duff getting up drunk to accept an award?

The reason there is now a 2 second delay :)

The Nirvana stories surrounding that awards show are classic. From the backstage incident where Axl told Kurt to shut his bitch (Courtney Love) up, to Kurt spitting on Axl's keyboard before going on stage to Kris getting sconned by his bass, oh and the song wasn't too bad either.

What i do remember is Axl getting up for his acceptace speech and telling his band to stop 'Dancing with Mr Brownstone' or he will quit. I dont think they were happy about that :lol:

Ive got p4 2.4, Radeon 9600xt, 1 gig of memory,

im not exatly sure what a capture card is ... but does the radeon handle it ?

Awesome. We never saw that on Aussie TV, otherwise i would have had it. Although maybe my hatred for Elton stopped me from taping it :lol: ... god it was so long ago but sh*t ... look at the bands back then, and today. God i LOVED the 90s :) I only wish Soundgarden had a hit by then ... it would truly make my experience of the 90's even better :)

Noone has commented on the Pearl Jam song .... Pearl Jam f**king own them all !! This song is strange ... only a week ago, the Angel of Death tried to kill some kids in a US school, and even today another nutjob tries the same thing ffs.

They should have listened to Jeremy by Pearl Jam ... NOT COOL !! FFS !!

Yeah we got it, I recall watching and taping it, then crying as it was tapped over and finally downloading it off the net last year to be reunited with it!

A capture card is a card in your computer that has video inputs so you can plug your antenna/vcr etc into your computer and then record it.

Your PC seems ok but your graphics card whilst good doesnt seem to have any video inputs for video capture (ive been searching the ati site and It doesnt mention it anywhere, only several video outputs.)

If im wrong (you can check by looking at the back of the card) and there is video inputs you can do it, otherwise you will have to buy a capture card or DVD/VCR combo player and transfer it over but you can do a lot more with it if you capture to the PC.

As you already have a decent video card, ignore the all in one cards that contain the capture card on the video card (which is what we were looking for on your card) and just get a capture card like the Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP Expert which you can get for about $60-70

Avoid USB like the plague if you want full resoultion captures with no video choppiness and audi synch problems.
