St George were just robbed by two blokes dressed in yellow!:?

The amount of shocking decisions that went against them I was surprised they were still in it. Watched the replay of Dugans last try and its clear his MISSED IT! not sent upstairs for review on the match winning try.
Also Ben Creaghs "Phantom" knock on calls, once from the grubber when it went back resulted in Ferguson scoring and the other when they were hot on attack the ref ruled he lost the ball in the play the ball:x. Replays clearly showed he kept control of it and it never hit the ground

Will Harrigan make another meaningless apology to the Dragons this week? refs need to start being stood down for games

I thought Dugan bounced it, but there's no way I'm blaming the refs for that one. Absolutely f**king fuming at the way we played the second 40.

I was at the game and thought the opposite. It was ok to push mccrone over the sideline but not ok for morris? (or cooper) pushed over the sideline even after a blatent forward pass? Scrum turns into a penalty against them. Massive swing. Raiders getting penalised for going behind their own player with noone impeded 10 metres out and the dragons do the same thing twice once resulting in a try and no penality. Weyman being offside by 4 metres every tackle? This coming from a mutual. You would hate to hear how a Raiders fan saw it.

That call against McCrone confused the shit out of me. For it to be an obstruction, doesn't someone have to be obstructed first? Given that nobody was, what was the penalty for? It can't be for running behind your own player, or else pretty much every team would be penalised every time they tried an attacking move. So what was it for?

Two of the Dragons defenders were definitely obstructed. The referee explained to McCrone that if he had submitted to the tackle and thus not taken an advantage (which he did by passing it), he would not have been penalised.

Um how about all the forward passes from dummy half from the Dragons which never got called?

Raiders just wanted it more in the second 40, they came back from the break very determined and they were patient.

 "Quick someone call the cops, we received all the calls and we still lost. We've been getting all the calls all year but the refs are still to blame. Quick someone tell Bill Harrigan, there must be an investigation".

Fair dinkum Dragons fans, hang your heads in shame. Fancy blaming the ref when every single call in the game went your way.

f**ken Nathan Fien, you are a f**king disgrace. Passing the ball into a Raiders player on purpose to win a penalty. Anything to win hey Nate? f**king scum.

Raiders wanted it more and got it.

Still would have been nice to see a decent replay of the winning try which looked like it warranted going upstairs.

The refs were poor for both teams but of course Dragons haters will never see it that way.

I was a bit confused about the obstruction too. McCrone ran behind his own player, realised it and then stopped. The two Dragon's players then got past the player and were in McCrone's face when he passed it. May be a technically correct call but no player was impeded when he threw the pass.

The refs did their absolute best to gift the game to the Dragons. But we rose above it, and were just too good for them on the night. Even without 3 of our 4 best players, we just have too much firepower for them. Dugan alone is too much for them to handle.

But on the other hand it's like....we beat the Dragons, so what? We always beat the Dragons. Our season has still been a nightmare.

More to the point is that these refs have been terrible more than once. Luck would have it that errors evened up and the better side won. They are not the only ones so if there is a heaven may it help the big games.

Myself and my flatties, all impartial, thought the Dragons got the bulk of the lucky calls.
Raiders did incredibly well to rise above this and snatch victory.
Man it was awesome to see Soward celebrating before the game was won.
