mega drive rocks, I pull it out of the cupboard occassionally when i get bored. It was the last console I bought, I dont need impressive graphics to be entertained 8)

Could anyone else score a try off every set, guaranteed, on ARL 96 on the mega drive? Gotta love that

The Sega Megadrive was a hunk of junk compared to the mighty Super Nintendo

Mario was better than Sonic, Luigi was better than Tails, Donkey Kong was better than Alex the Kid!

Sega Had Nothing?

anyone of the Super NES group remeber Starwing?

Ahhh... Sonic, the memories.
My son aged 7, could remember all 30 levels of the Sonic III.

You all can laugh, but I remain convinced, console games really helped me develop a good relationship with my son.

There is no dad and son, just player 1 and player 2, and the same rules for both. Gave us the chance to mates, and the fact I still kick his butt in most games gives me cred with him.

Yes!! I have that! Duck Hunt was the dogs bollocks. You could also shoot clay pigeons as well. But they just weren't the same. Wasn't there a random dog who chuckled when you shot a duck, or have I imagined that?

I hates that dog when he laughed at you

I quite liked him! It was a good consolation for missing the duck.

That McDonalds game was great. I never did complete it though. Only got as far as the final level

And Megaman! I loved that game!

There was a game my mate lent me ages ago for the NES with a caveboy on this island kinda thing. Can't remember for the life of me what it was called but it was one of my fave games ever.
