These 3 guys have probably had the most hype surrounding them out of all young players in recent memory. If you were building a side from scratch and could only have one of them which one would you take?
It would have to be SBW for mine.

Inglis easily. He can play more positions and is more a matchwinner than the other 2.

Well lets hope all 3 can have innury free seasons next season and we can truly judge who is best but right now, its Inglis but thats because there is hype around him but isnt he living up to it, all 3 are great to watch.

Ingliss.
Benji is good but the injuries.
And i dont give a f**k what all u dogs supporters say im sorry but i dont rate SBW at all i think he is a bad player to tell you the truth, a couple of good hits doesnt make you a great player.

inglis, mainly because he's injured less.

pretty stupid comment, considering Inglis was injured for a fair chunk of the season through injury. SBW missed 1 week through injury and it was mainly just a weeks rest. Hopefully all 3 of them go through 2007 without injury, then it would be an appropriate time to bring up this thread.

Last year the Benji v SBW topic came up and Benji won because Sonny missed most of the season. If you ask that now SBW would probably win because Benji has missed most of the season. And Inglis played well last night so he will win this thread.

Inglis. SBW is too injury prone, for all his talent he would be a big risk. Benji (and I'll get caned for saying this but far queue) is overrated IMO. He has a step, an ok passing game and not much else. He could very well develop in to a star, but out of the three nominated I'd pick him last. Inglis is almost the complete package, he is a devastating runner, good defender, has good general skills and can kick goals. Plus he can play anywhere in the back 6 IMO.

Hunt played Charlie!

Anyone who reads my crap knows I rate Inglis the player of his generation.

SBW can play Centre, 2nd Row and Lock as well as coming off the bench. Inglis has played Fullback, Centre and Winger before. There isnt much difference between 2nd row and lock, and there isnt much difference between centre and winger.

Inglis hasn't really played 5/8 before, so before people say he can play in the whole backline, i think we need to wait and see how his kicking game turns out if he ends up playing at 5/8 next year.

Inglis is a very very good player.
But the poll is very ill timed.
Just like last yr when they had a poll on here asking who was the best coach....ahhh Tim Sheens won that.
In 2006...it would be Bennett

Not for me, who was in charge when we lost to the Poms for the first time in forever.

Who has had the best playing roster for 20 odd years.

Maybe another thread for that.

I take your point.
